Option One:
- Enable Command Prompt by typing Command Prompt in the search icon beside the start button in Windows 10
- Type bcdedit /set {globalsettings} advanced options true

- Among the list, find Disable early launch anti-malware protection
After disabling Early Launch Anti-Malware Protection, the computer will now start normally, keep in mind that as soon as you restart the computer, enable the Early Launch Anti-Malware Protection.
Option Two:
- After booting to the Advanced startup options, select Troubleshoot
- Next, click the Advanced options button
- Select the Startup settings
- Find Disable early-launch anti-malware protection, click it or press F8
- Click the Restart button
